support Worker Manager - Supported Accommodation - Full Time

Location: London

The role of the Support Worker Manager is vital within the supported accommodation team and plays an important factor to the operational leadership of our service. You are responsible for setting the culture of your service, reviewing the performance of the support workers and young people to ensure that your team works to SOE Homes values to deliver the highest level of care and support to our service users.

support worker - Supported Accommodation - Full Time

Salary: Competitive

Location: London

As part of a committed and supportive team, you will be working with young people within our units to develop their independent living skills and promote social inclusion in the community.

You will take a lead in providing one to one support to our young people. It will include risk assessments, planning and running activities with individuals and groups of clients, in order to support their recovery, develop their wellbeing and independence and effect positive change in their lives. Support workers are also expected to play an important role in coordinating client support around substance use, mental health and physical health as well as developing strong partnerships with specialist services such as immigration services.
