Our mission at SOE Homes is to provide outstanding housing for young people leaving care. Our valued staff work with patience, respect and are relentlessly bothered about the wellbeing and life chances of the young people we serve. We work diligently and with respect to all stakeholders to ensure that our young people know that they are creative agents for their own futures.
