We are powered by an executive management team (EMT) in charge of driving the business forward on legal, financial, operational and people matters.
ANTHONY CHANDLER
Anthony holds a chartered accountant qualification with over eight years as a big four auditor. His expertise lies in external financial review of large media/entertainment corporations. Graduating from Aston Business School in 2013, Anthony has strong business acumen within Media/Broadcasting, Entertainment, Energy and Consumer Product industries based on a combination of past business experience and desired future career path. In other appointments, Anthony currently sits as an investment manager to a third sector trust, providing pro-bono support through corporate partnerships to social enterprises supporting their growth strategy.
Anthony leads the forecasting, business strategy and financial/regulatory compliance divisions of the organisation and provides bi-annual financial reports to the board and the relevant external stakeholders.
RYAN WILSON
Ryan has over seven years’ experience in human resources and operations from his corporate positions. Alongside his SOE role, Ryan is an operations manager working for one of the UKs emerging social media marketing agencies. Ryan enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team and thrives in highly pressurized and challenging working environments. Outside of the workplace, Ryan has a passion for coaching American football at Greenwich University, who reside within the BUCS (British University and College Sports).
Ryan leads the HR, stakeholder management, QA and information systems divisions of the organization and provides operational updates as needed to the EMT, the board and the relevant external stakeholders.
DAVID HARRIS
David is a Senior Leader of Education and regional leader driven towards raising the standards of mathematics teaching across the UK. His work has taken him to international opportunities in Europe and Asia where he has observed how teachers are able to get the most out of their students. Prior to his SOE involvement, David has been teaching for 9 years and has led a variety of teams to successful outcomes for young people across the country. He is also working with “Colour in Tech” to get more representation within the tech industry.
David leads the support arm of the business; focused on educational delivery, GDPR compliance, educational QA and safeguarding. David’s team provides key timely/as needed property updates to the EMT, the board and the relevant external stakeholders.
KYLE DEMETRIUS
Kyle is a qualified gas engineer with over ten years practical experience within the trade. Kyle previously featured on Channel 4's "Repairing the castle" for two seasons, filmed in the south of France. In other appointments, Kyle is the co-founder of Hackney Plumbing & Heating (HPH) a gas/plumbing organization serving repair and installation works across London and the South East.
Kyle leads the investment management, repairs & maintenance and emergency response divisions of the organization and provides key timely/as needed property updates to the EMT, the board and the relevant external stakeholders.
