FAMILY FUTURES

Family Futures is a not for profit, independent adoption agency in London, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2018. Family Futures specialise in providing assessment and treatment services for children who are traumatised or have attachment difficulties, as well as providing support to adoptive parents, special guardians, kinship carers and foster carers. Family Futures has an international reputation as a centre of excellence for its assessment and treatment programmes for children who are traumatised or have attachment difficulties.

Young people relate (YPR)

YPRelate empower young people to make positive changes in their life, whilst improving their self-esteem, motivation, self-awareness and confidence. YPRelate employ practitioners who work with clients in a young person centred manner to address the issues that young people experience.

SOE Homes hold strong relationships with operational delivery managers.

Hackney Plumbing & Heating (HPH)

HPH is a family-owned business with 30+ years of experience, established in Hackney, East London. HPH are fully trained and insured Engineers here to help in  time of need. HPH are committed to providing their customer base with nothing but the best and work their hardest at all times to make sure that plumbing & heating issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

HPH have piloted a paid work placement scheme through SOE Homes, giving young adults interested in the construction industry first hand experience; which can be used as part of further education or career applications in the future.

FinWoke

FinWoke is a BAME managed financial education platform designed to bridge the knowledge gap on important financial, business and accounting know how. This is delivered through short impactful YouTube videos and comical sketches on social media platforms, digesting difficult financial conversations which everyone can understand.

SOE homes are running weekly seminar and tutoring sessions with FinWoke; giving young adults important skills to increase the awareness of financial literacy.

GROW MIND THERAPY

Grow Mind Therapy is a BACP accredited therapy service delivering innovative consultancy sessions with individuals and small groups in a bid to increase their overall wellbeing and esteem. 

SOE Homes, with the permission of the local authority and/or the young persons involved may actively offer 1:1 independent counselling through Grow Mind Therapy.
